What is the difference between Frank Essential and Frank Strategic?
Frank Essential is for first home buyers, owner occupiers, and people purchasing their first investment property. It analyses the property, the price, the risks, and whether the purchase makes sense for your specific situation, including a scenario assessment of how it looks if things go better or worse than expected.
Frank Strategic is for investors who already own properties. It includes everything in Essential, plus a portfolio fit assessment, strategy coherence analysis, full scenario modelling, and an assessment of whether the purchase advances your 10-year investment goals.
Simple test: do you currently own investment properties? If no, Essential. If yes, Strategic.
